Your date is officially reserved once your signed contract and non-refundable retainer are received.

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your session or wedding. Payment plans are available for wedding collections, or just ask! Your exact payment schedule and terms will be outlined in your contract.

Portrait and lifestyle galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. Wedding and elopement galleries may take approximately 4-8 wees due to the size and care that goes into curating your final story. Wedding clients will receive sneak peeks while they wait for their full gallery.

Life happens, and I believe in being prepared. In the unlikely event that an emergency prevents me from photographing your wedding, I will make every reasonable effort to help secure a trusted replacement photographer. The exact protections, responsibilities, and procedures for emergencies will be clearly outlined in your contract.

Absolutely! You do not need to know what to do in front of a camera. I'll provide direction when it's needed while also giving you room to interact naturally. My goal is for your photographs to feel like YOU, not an hour or multiple hours of stiff posing.

YES! Solène & Shadow is Florida-based, but I am absolutely available for travel. Whether you're planning a destination wedding, an intimate elopement, or simply have a meaningful location in mind, tell me where you're going and we can discuss travel details. I also have homebases in Wisconsin and Colorado.

Florida weather can be unpredictable, so I always keep an eye on the forecast leading up to the outdoor sessions. A little wind, clouds,or even a passing sprinkle can create beautiful photographs, but if conditions make it unsafe or truly impossible to photograph, we'll work together to reschedule. For weddings and elopements, we'll embrace the day as it unfolds and make the most of whatever Mother Nature gives us.

The first 50 miles from Largo, Florida are complimentary for weddings, events and sessions. For locations beyond the complimentary radius, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile will apply. For destinations requiring overnight accommodations or air travel, additional travel expenses such as lodging, airfare, rental transportation, parking, and tolls may apply. All applicable travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to contract signing - NO surprise fees EVER.

I sure do! Solène & Shadow is available for destination weddings throughout the U.S and internationally. I also have a select countries that are apart of my bucket list destination collection. For certain international destinations I'm dreaming of photographing, I may waive my photography coverage fee entirely in exchange for travel and accommodations. If you're planning an intimate wedding or elopement somewhere unforgettable, reach out and tell me where you're headed! Availability is limited, destination-specific, and offered at my discretion. Travel and accommodation expenses still apply.

Yes! Your gallery includes personal printing rights. Which means you're welcome to download, print, share, and display your images for personal use. Personal printing rights do NOT transfer copyrights, or include commercial, advertising, promotional, or marketing use. Images may not be sold, submitted for commercial publication, used to promote a business or brand, or altered and resold without written permission from Solène & Shadow Legacy Photography. If you're interested in using your images commercially, please reach out for licensing information.

Absolutely! If you simply can't wait to relive your memoires, rush delivery is available. For sessions and events, rush delivery is $100 per hour of coverage. For weddings, rush delivery is $250 per hour of coverage. Rush delivery is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
